Almost goofed off too long to capture a pic of the park dwellers. I saw a couple coming down .. thought oh no so I goofed off on the far end.
On my regular camera you can see all the settings in the viewfinder, this one not so I got this one to line up the P to the notch.. didnt take my glasses.
The sky is was great.
If you don't use the flash, people are silhouettes. If you use the flash and any part of the foreground is lots closer, it is super bright.. but after trying different lighting, nice even lighting :)
I always wanna do different things but don't wanna bug people too bad.. :)
Cold but sunny n I got my task done in the dungeon so will come in to Mt. P.
I had photo badges made for a couple of Kookies pals and have a couple extra, if I see anyone I had taken a pic of with Kookie.
I did some others with out Kookie but don't know if I will ever see em.

Hasn't been nice out, but Friday night n I haven't seen any humans for a while wanted to get the shot but that didn't work out.
I thought I goofed off too long n no one would be on Mt. P.. n it would be dark... but ..
My good camera is brook so I took the old digital from 2004.
Red eye in all the pics, but I worked on em.. such a great sky but wanted to get the shot..
I asked these guys first :)

I saw this guy n his pup.. n who does not a photo with their fuzzy pal. He had a nice camera I didn't know how to use but told em to turn on the flash n I would take a couple.
After a malfunction I am thinking get pics with their camera too, .. in case

Getting ready I saw these guys.. I had to work on red eye in I cropped the pics.
With the lights below, I had to avoid lens flare and I didn't wanna get the rail in the pic so I cropped the pic a bit.. took a couple with their camera too.
Kookie almost got some pets but I told the girl she would jump up on her.. #risingpark

I think this is a 'self portrait' I had one of my camera's doing time lapse of the area. Every 20 seconds it would take a pic. Seeing this guy with his pups, I figured they would keep one of all of em together.
Kookie was a little out of frame so I moved her over in this pic.
As it won't be so nice outside, I will spend lots of time with pshop doodling with images.

In hundreds of pics I have taken on Mt P, other than relatives I have never been in a pic with anyone cept my pups. Penni loves Mt. P too and was moving away n she asked someone to do our pic. I have been saving some trying to think of profound thoughts to share I guess :)
She is one of my guardians of the Mount Pleasant website.. just a fun thought others will post pics n share their thoughts about our magic spot.

Last day with top off, backing the Jeep up to take it off till spring, maybe this year someone will come help me, Kookie just wants to boss.
Sometimes park dwellers ask her name. Most people I talk to are pups. Back in the 60's Kookie or a Kook was a popular term.. and she is just that.

Using the time lapse I took several pics of me n Kookie.

Of course the couch is gone... every once in a while she gets mad at the cushions and flips em around.
Need another old curb couch but as long as we r not getting stuck with springs. we are good 😉

I had the color saturation jacked up to 3 n saw these pups.. thinking a great shot , It was the golden hour and they had an orange glow so .. well
I waited a bit to get a pic of their faces because of lens flare, it came out pretty nice.
